I was frustrated with the lack of English-speaking staff. Navigating around the hotel was confusing, especially locating the amenities. The quality of bedding was disappointing. those pillows were far too firm.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel’s location was super convenient, just a few steps from the train station, making it easy to explore places like Shibuya and Shinjuku. We loved having a Family Mart and supermarket right downstairs for snacks and supplies. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were awesome dining options nearby.
One downside was the distance between the hotel buildings, which could be a hassle when moving between rooms.

The stay was enjoyable, with a fantastic location just a few minutes from the train station and a convenience store nearby. Rooms in the twin hall were decently sized, providing some space to relax. An especially nice touch was the delicious baked chocolate cakes served in the dining area, which added a sweet note to the mornings.

Tons of dining options like mcDonald's and starbucks. the self-service cloakroom with lockers is a game changer, allowing you to explore without your luggage. we also loved the clean and spacious room!
